Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using KOJ Learn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Access

  • ·Free courses — you may enrol in up to 8 free courses. Certificates for free courses require a one-time payment of ₦3,000.
  • ·Paid courses — priced between ₦5,000 and ₦30,000. Certificates are included free upon passing.
  • ·Lifetime access — a one-time payment of ₦30,000 grants access to all free courses with no limit.

3. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon passing the course exam with a score of 70% or above. Certificates may be downloaded up to 3 times. Additional downloads require a supplementary fee. Certificates are non-transferable and may not be sold or misrepresented.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Paystack. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). We do not offer refunds once course access has been granted or a certificate has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 48 hours.

5. Tutor Programme

Tutors who create and publish courses on the platform earn 30% of course enrollment revenue. Tutors must reach 1,000 points before requesting withdrawal. KOJ Studios reserves the right to review and approve or reject any course before publication. Tutor earnings are subject to applicable Nigerian tax law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • ·Share your account credentials with others
  • ·Reproduce or redistribute course content without permission
  • ·Misrepresent your identity or academic performance
  • ·Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and platform design are owned by KOJ Studios or the respective tutors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use course content for your own learning only.

8. Termination

KOJ Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to courses will be revoked. Certificate records may be retained.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Lagos State courts.
